The short version. If you contact us through this website, we use what you tell us to get back to you about care. We never sell your information. A small team helps us run this website and answer enquiries, and they are the only people outside All Care Health who see what you send.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you write in the message box.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to describe a medical condition to ask us a question, and this form is not a secure place to send medical records.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we receive your email address and a note of which page you signed up from.
When you simply visit, our web server automatically records the usual technical details: your IP address, which browser you used, which pages you looked at, and when. Every website records this. We use it to keep the site working and secure.
This site does not use Google Analytics or any similar service, sets no tracking cookies, and carries no advertising pixels. We are not building a profile of you.
Why we have it, and what we do with it
We use what you send us to answer your question and talk with you about care for yourself or someone in your family. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email address to send you the newsletter, and nothing else.
We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Two groups, and no one else:
- People at All Care Health who need to see it in order to respond to you.
- Pulsera Talent Group LLC, who help us run this website and answer enquiries. They handle your information only to help us respond to you, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may also have to share information if the law requires it, for example a court order. That has not happened, and we would not do it otherwise.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for about two years, so that we have a record of our conversation if you come back to us later. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete what we hold
- stop sending you the newsletter
Email info@allcarerockford.com or call (815) 965-0622 and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never affect the care you receive.
Every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes
We will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing it.
